My Profile
Expand My Profile to update name, phone, and address fields, then use Save Profile. Changes apply to your CoachMate identity across organizations you belong to.
Change password
When password change is enabled for your account, enter and confirm a new password, then submit. If you signed in with a magic link only, follow the prompts your organization sends for password setup.
Portal Access
The Portal Access cards list which experiences you can open—such as Admin, Coach, or Parent portals—based on what your organization assigned. Use them as shortcuts instead of hunting for URLs.
Email preferences
When viewing an organization on My Account, you may see toggles for emails like practice reminders. Adjust them to match how you want to be notified.
Sign out
Use Sign out from My Account when you are finished on a shared device.
