Coach Portal at a glance
After you open Coach Portal from your account, you’ll see a tab bar: Check-In Players, Attendance History, Schedule, Session Planner, and Player Development Notes. If your organization runs multiple sports, a Sport filter may appear at the top.
Check-In Players
Use the calendar to pick a day, then open the day modal. Choose a location when prompted, work through the player list, and mark who is present. Summary tiles show checked-in counts, total players, My Players (shortcut), and weekly activity.
Attendance History
Review past check-ins and trends for the players and sessions your role can see—use this when you need to confirm who attended which day.
Schedule
Browse organization practices and events on the calendar your admins maintain. This mirrors what families see in timing, but your coach tools focus on running the session and recording attendance.
Session Planner
Plan and review sessions in a calendar-oriented view alongside practices and related updates.
Player Development Notes
Record coaching notes tied to players so your organization has a running history of development feedback (visibility follows your organization’s product rules).
