Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the CoachMate platform. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use CoachMate to:
Illegal or Harmful Conduct
- Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
- Facilitate, promote, or engage in illegal activity;
- Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person;
- Discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity;
- Exploit, abuse, or endanger minors in any way.
Fraud and Misrepresentation
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Create fraudulent accounts or registrations;
- Use the platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or financial crimes;
- Submit false or misleading information.
Communication Abuse
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) without valid consent;
- Violate CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or applicable messaging laws;
- Send deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent communications;
- Use the platform for phishing or social engineering attacks;
- Send communications with false header information or misleading subject lines.
Security and Technical Violations
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Attempt to bypass rate limiting, authentication, or access controls;
- Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or infrastructure;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorization;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Content Violations
- Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates any person's rights;
- Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
- Upload content containing personal information of others without their consent;
- Upload violent, threatening, or graphic content inappropriate for a youth sports platform.
Enforcement
CoachMate may, in its sole discretion:
- Issue a warning;
- Remove or disable offending content;
- Temporarily suspend access;
- Permanently terminate the account;
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement;
- Pursue legal remedies.
Enforcement actions are not subject to refund. CoachMate is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action but will make reasonable efforts to do so when appropriate.
