Analytics / Performance
We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics). If we add analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be obtained where required by law.
Email Tracking
We use tracking pixels in some emails to measure delivery and engagement (see Privacy Policy Section 7). This does not place cookies on your device but does record that an email was opened.
Managing Cookies and Storage
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Cookies
- Edge: Settings > Privacy > Cookies
Disabling strictly necessary cookies/storage will prevent the platform from functioning properly.
To clear local storage for CoachMate: Open browser Developer Tools (F12) > Application > Local Storage > select the CoachMate domain > Clear.
